KidCape is an AI-powered service that generates personalized comic books for children. You upload a photo, choose customization options, and receive a digitally generated comic book in PDF format.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using KidCape, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose photo you upload, or that you have explicit permission to do so.
3. Photo Upload & Usage
You retain all rights to photos you upload. We use uploaded photos solely to generate your comic book. Photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We do not use uploaded photos for AI training, marketing, or any purpose other than generating your requested comic book.
4. Generated Content
The comic books generated by our service are created using AI technology. You receive a non-exclusive, personal license to use, download, print, and share your generated comic book for personal, non-commercial purposes. AI-generated images may vary in quality and likeness accuracy.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed before checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You will receive a receipt via email.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your comic book for any reason, contact us at hello@kidcape.app and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
7. Delivery
Your comic book will be delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide. Delivery typically takes 10-15 minutes after payment. If you experience any issues, contact support.
8. Limitation of Liability
KidCape is provided "as is". While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee exact likeness or specific artistic outcomes. AI-generated content may contain imperfections. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
